Trip with a difference
I had been looking for a place to stay for our trip to the great lake and a mate suggested that we stay at taupo lodge. He said that he and his wife usually stay there and it is a great spot. I made a booking there so now all that was left to do was actually get there and get stuck in to the various activities we had organized. Aside from the regular trout fishing, we were also going on a kayaking tour to the rock carvings and had also arranged a scenic flight to go over the mountains and around the lake.
