Running for fitness.
If you want to develop world class fitness it is important that you consider adding a structured running program to your current fitness regime. Running can be classified in a few different forms and together they are all important to bjj strength and conditioning. the first method is long slow distance and is excellent for recovery, fat loss and is good for the mind. It involves a steady pace over a long period of time. The second method is interval training were you will work for a certain period of time then rest. This is excellent for developing the ability to start and stop. the third method is sprints which are excellent for developing power and pushing oneself to the limit.
