As an athlete I know it takes continuous workouts and training is to achieve continued success. No athlete can train for a while, then stop and expect to see continued results.  I have been working with a program that it is designed specifically for improving your vertical leap.  Since I started the program has been a vast improvement in my jumping ability, I still have several weeks of the initial training to go.  After that I will assess my jumping height again to measure the difference from my starting job to the jump height that I can accomplish at that time.
