While I went to a traditional college to study computer science and web design, there are many web design schools that would have been a good choice too. I wanted to get a background in business as well as learn design, so that was important to me. Several of my friends went to a local school and they have jobs doing very well right now. I think it’s just a personal choice for the individual as to which one will work best for you. I would never give up my college experience, but for some, living away from home and partying isn’t important.
