In April my best friend will turn 30 years old. A milestone like this requires a huge celebration. I decided to throw her the biggest birthday party she has ever had. I went and found friends from high school, college and even invited her co-workers. I was so surprised when so many of them asked about the food we were serving. In her group of friends there was two who needed gluten-free, four vegetarians and a vegan. I wrote all this down and will pass it along to the Salt Lake City catering service I hired. I sure hope they don’t see the list and fire me!
