Bread Making Epiphany
My friend and I attended a bread convention last week. Everything that had anything to do with bread was on show that weekend. There were bread making competitions, booths that sold premixed bread dough that was guaranteed to rise and even a display of the best bread machines of the year. Though I’ve never given bread a second thought, I must admit I was impressed by what I saw. The samples we were given to try were quite tasty too. Now I’m curious to see what kind of bread I can come up with. I imagine there’s something very satisfying about making something like bread with your own hands.
