Hoodia is more powerful than glucose!
Hoodia gordonii is a cactus like plant, commonly found in the Kalahari Desert of southern Africa. Hoodia play a role about thinking the brain that it’s full when actually it’s not. Hoodia containing p-57 molecule works to make the effect of the presence of glucose on nerve cells in the brain. So, if the brain sends such signal that it is full then it removes the demand to snack on unhealthful things. Actually in telling the brain that it is full, Hoodia is more powerful than glucose. Side effects from taking the P-57 molecule or from eating Hoodia have not been reported yet.
