Cleansing Nutrition
I’m a health buff and I wanted to have a ‘clean’ body inside and out. My philosophy involves purity of mind, body and spirit. The paleo diet worked for me to reach this endeavor. My nutrition schedule consists mostly of fruits, vegetables and water. Fruits and vegetables are abundant in antioxidants that purge the body of harmful free radicals and protect the body from damage and oxidation. Fruits and vegetables are also rich in fiber that cleanses the bowel and improves bowel movement. Lastly, water helps flush out all these harmful wastes. Cleansing made me feel better and it will also work for you.
