Ab Exercises to Improve Football Skills
My son has decided he needs to strengthen his stomach muscles over the summer to improve his performance in football in the fall. He is worried about not making the varsity team although he is only a junior. His coach brings in a personal trainer every summer so I know he is getting help from someone who knows what they are talking about. My only problem with him doing ab exercises for men is the pressure he is putting on himself. If he doesn’t make the varsity team, I’m worried it will devastate him. Sports are not everything, yet we can’t convince him of that.
