Catering for a Surprise Party
My siblings and I are throwing a surprise party for our Mom on her birthday. We decided on a East Rutherford caterer for the party. She came highly recommended from several family members. Plus I liked the fact that the caterer will have all the equipment necessary to prepare the food and serve all 75 guests. My brother and sister hoped to have a sit down dinner, but it was too costly. We ended up choosing a buffet, which gives people an opportunity to choose what they want to eat. I can’t wait to see my Mom’s face on her birthday.
