My boyfriend got me an IPod for Valentines Day, which is the best present he ever could have gotten! So I’ve been ripping all of my CDs onto our computer, and transferring them to my IPod. I happen to play in a band and love the idea of coming up with new songs whenever I get the chance.  It’s usually not the lyrics that become somewhat of a speed bump for me, rather it is the music portion of what i do.  I sometimes very much feel as though I do not know enough guitar chords to get by.  I feel very stuck by what I know or do not know.  This is a problem as I am motivated by what I know.  That is why I have been studying new chords, and new ways to play what I already know.

I have been learning how to play the guitar online for the past 2 months.  It’s been an experience like none other.  About a year ago I tried to learn from a friend of mine, but they just didn’t know how to teach me.  I honestly wasn’t even sure if I would be able to learn how to play.  It wasn’t until I found a beginner guitar lesson online for free that got me hooked.  I knew that it was possible to teach me and that I just needed to learn a different way.  I cannot believe how far I’ve come already.

My children love to do arts and crafts! They like to spend as much creativity time as they possibly can.
