Mock Draft on Hiatus

(Ed. note: Draft back on)

Hold on! Stop the presses!

I've waited for this moment.

Matt, the defender of all things Kobe, is going to try to explain how a player like Kobe Bryant, with the talent he has, got absolutely embarrassed on both a team and personal level in the NBA Finals!

I've said it for 2 years, and now I'm hoping to have some more support behind me:

Lebron James is the best player in the NBA. Lebron is right now already better than Kobe.

Kobe's loss this year in the finals, was a bigger blow-out than the Lebron's was last year. Even in the sweep to the Spurs, there was no doubt that the best player on the floor was Lebron.

Kobe got outplayed by Paul Pierce.

Kobe got outplayed by Ray Allen.

Kobe got outplayed by Rajon Rondo.

Kobe got outplayed by Leon Powe.

Wow.

Peace and Lebron Always.

It's true. Kobe got embarrassed. I'm stunned at how it went down.

And it just reinforces the fact that it should have been the Cavs.

I wish I could watch this: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=8UUBC8NoQgA at work. From what I've heard, Brian Scalabrine thinks the Cavs are easily the 2nd best team in the league.

LeBron is definitely better overall than Kobe. But you won't here that from MSM.

I disagree with that now. Kobe had his moment in the sun this year and blew it. I'm scared to doubt him, but I'll say he's peaked. The Lakers will be back next year with Bynum, but Kobe has blown the positivity from the MSM and now, will the Cavs on the rise, it's Lebron's turn.

Of course, Chris Paul is the latest infatuation. Let's all clench our jaws together as he leapfrogs the King for the MSM crown.
